JOB SUMMARY
The essence of the EA2CEO's job is to ensure efficient and effective service delivery to the company in support of the CEO's office responsibilities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure productive and conducive work environment for the CEO towards realizing company’s business goals and objectives.
Accompany the CEO to official meetings and take minutes at CEO’s meetings.
Manage official delegated communications with all relevant, enterprise-wide.
Support the CEO in prospecting for contracts from all tiers of Government, MDAs and Corporate organizations and follow-up till success is achieved.
Ensures efficient and effective Admin support for the CEO’s office.
Any other assignments as may be directed by the CEO.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of first degree from a reputable university
Must have between 2-3 years experience

Prepare Expense reports for the final approval and processing.
